My experience purchasing a small, used travel trailer from TAC RV was excellent from the first phone call on. I'd had a not great experience in the past purchasing an RV from a dealership so was a bit hesitant and on guard going in yet in the end was completely satisfied and happy with not only my new trailer, but all the help and support I received from TAC. Everything I was told about the unit was spot on - I drove 40 miles to pick her up! - no surprises, no issues, and the walkthrough very thorough with all my questions answered and then some. I had issues with the hitch on a new tow vehicle and TAC RV helped me every step of the way, getting all issues resolved as quickly as possible so I could head out on my travels safely. The sales process was as simple as possible as well, with my salesperson Scott making sure I had everything I needed, all my questions were answered, I was satisfied with the walkthrough and my new purchase, etc. It was an excellent experience all around and love my new camper! I highly recommend TAC RV.

We purchased our first RV from TAC RV and I am so thankful we chose this place over others! John in Sales specifically was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was always available to us whenever we needed help and he made the buying process smooth and without stress. The Finance and Accessories departments were also staffed with such fantastic people who knew what they were talking about, and took their time to respond to any questions we had. We never felt rushed or pressured in our purchasing decisions, and we will definitely be coming back here for any future purchases--no matter how far the drive!

OMG I stopped in today because the AC in my grooming van quit cooling. The ladies in the service dept were awesome and the gentleman who replaced the ac unit was great. It was covered under warranty which topped off my experience!

I was back at work in less than two hours!

The entire staff was knowledgeable and professional. It was obvious that customer service was very important to them. They patiently answered questions, made recommendations, and shared insights from their camping experiences. This continued even after the sale was final. Amazing!

My husband Frank and I have been "tire kicking" for over a year now. We wanted a 5th wheel that was perfect for our full time adventure but affordable. We looked high and low for a TAB 400! After speaking with John Burton in the sales department we felt that TAC was the place to go...even though it meant traveling from Massachusetts to North Carolina. We arrived early, tired

and in dire need of coffee...which was served to us on a comfortable leather couch by Frank, the owner, at 6:30 AM, well before business hours. Looking back on our experience at TAC, we are more than grateful to have had John Burton as our salesperson, not only for his knowledge of the TAB 400, but for his kindness and hospitality; Frank, the owner of TAC, who overshadowed every aspect of our stay on the TAC campus. We have never experienced an owner of a company taking so much of his personal time in making our experience a memorable one!
